License Fee

A one-time license fee is to be paid when the customer first purchases WebGrants. This license fee grants the customer use of the most recent version of the WebGrants software for unlimited duration to be used by an unlimited number of users and can store an unlimited amount of data. The only restriction on this license is that it cannot be installed on more than one production server at a time. Development and test servers are allowed.

Configuration Fee

The configuration fee varies from customer to customer depending on the number of programs, forms, business rules, workflows, and other variables. Dulles Technology Partners works primarily on a fixed cost implementation model. We will provide the customer with a comprehensive Statement of Work which will detail 100% of all costs prior to project start.

Maintenance Fee

An annual maintenance fee is charged that covers hosting with Amazon AWS, maintenance and support and access to all upgrades and patches. This fee amount also depends on the size and complexity of the customer. This fee is typically arranged for several years into the future with modest increases over time.
